Other priorities come before exercise

It is time to reprioritize your life. If you had to quickly answer this question: What are the three most important things I accomplish during the day, what would your response be? Some people would say; have a productive day at work, make sure I get enough sleep and don’t forget to set the DVR to record my favorite t.v. shows. For me, I would say; get enough sleep, have a productive day at work, and have a great workout at the gym. I wish more people would say the same thing because they have made their health a PRIORITY in their life. There are 24 hours in the day. If you spend 8hrs. sleeping and 8 hrs .working, you still have 8 hours left. If you spent one of those hours working out, do you know how much your overall health would improve? If you slept better at night and had more energy during the day, you would probably work out harder because you felt so much better. We have already discussed all the benefits that come from working out so working out should be at the top of your priority list. Try mapping out your schedule for the week and make sure you put down, G0 TO THE GYM. Going to the gym or working out should become part of your routine. It should become a habit so you can be as healthy as possible.
